Store Manager - Bury (Full-Time, 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Own store performance by driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence. Analyse commercial results to take targeted actions and deliver an outstanding omnichannel customer experience, including click & collect and endless aisle. Lead and develop a high-performing, inclusive team through coaching, feedback, performance management, and succession planning. Ensure visual merchandising meets brand standards, manage stock to minimise loss, and maintain full compliance with health & safety, security, data privacy, and company policies.
