Job Summary

Operate heavy equipment safely and support plant operations by collecting samples of redi-mix concrete materials for testing. Perform sampling, testing, and documentation according to established protocols, recording results accurately and submitting daily reports. Maintain clean lab/work areas, keep assigned equipment properly maintained and in safe working order, and follow OSHA/MSHA and company safety procedures while assisting with general plant maintenance duties.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in daily TRACK meetings and weekly safety meetings.
•Assist in plant production and ensure efficient working condition of the plant.
•Operate front end loader, skid steer, and other equipment as needed.
•Safely collect samples, perform sampling/testing/reporting per protocol, and record results accurately.
•Maintain daily test records and reports, keep a clean lab environment, and follow OSHA/MSHA and company safety policies.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED preferred.
•1-2 years of related experience preferred but not required.
•Must be 18 years of age or older and pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and criminal background check.
•Must have a current and valid driver’s license and be willing to travel/work away from home when required.
•Follow OSHA/MSHA safety requirements and be able to wear required PPE (e.g., face shield, hard toe shoes, coveralls).
