Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team accountable for process development, product qualification, reliability, and high-volume ramp of silicon packages and flight/consumer hardware.
  • •Own safety performance, ensuring team members follow safety policies and complete required environmental, health, and safety training.
  • •Develop and mentor team members through training, performance management, career progression, hiring, and discipline.
  • •Drive continuous improvement using Lean principles and related tools to eliminate waste, reduce cycle time, lower costs, and improve throughput and quality.
  • •Develop and execute daily production plans; analyze production data; resolve operational issues; lead root cause analysis and corrective actions to maintain quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree with 3+ years of manufacturing/test environment experience OR 5+ years in a manufacturing/test environment in lieu of a degree.
  • •3+ years of hands-on experience with safety-critical systems, mechanical assemblies, automated equipment, and multi-axis heavy equipment.
  • •3+ years of formal team leadership experience.
  • •Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
  • •Must be able to lift up to 25lbs unassisted.
