Key Responsibilities

  • •Locate, audit, transfer, and move kits or materials as required, including receiving parts and performing material pick-up or drop-off at vendor sites.
  • •Perform cycle counts to verify and maintain inventory, identify and process nonconforming material, and process work orders and shortage reports as needed.
  • •Under direction from management or supervisor, prevent accumulation of excess/exceptional material and purge stock of excess and obsolete material through rework, transfer, or scrap.
  • •Update inventory records and perform transactions in Oracle and/or SAP; verify vendor delivery before accepting parts and/or inventory.
  • •Operate powered industrial vehicles as assigned (pallet jack, electric pallet jack, forklift; may drive a van/truck or operate overhead crane), regulate and prepare material for cleanroom delivery, and train other Material Coordinators as required.

  • •Ability to perform physically demanding work including standing, walking, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, climbing stairs/ladders, lifting, and driving/operating heavy machinery such as forklifts.
  • •Ability to distinguish between colors and work in environments with noise that may be difficult for some individuals.
  • •Use hand and power tools and follow safety standards and protocols.
  • •Work in clean room environments and wear appropriate PPE such as coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields as required.
