Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, or business management preferred, with 3–5 years of experience in estimating, project management, engineering, HVAC, or construction management.
  • •Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; practical experience and relevant skills are prioritized.
  • •Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • •Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with HVAC systems and/or temperature controls is preferred; must have a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months.
