Key Responsibilities

  • •Run a continuous improvement cadence across the process landscape and govern SOP adoption
  • •Own and maintain the central project management tracker for visibility and actioning
  • •Support product release processes by structuring operational readiness ahead of go-live
  • •Act as a connective layer across business lines and enterprise client workflows to surface blockers
  • •Build and maintain spreadsheet-based data pulls and reporting models for BE initiatives
