Key Responsibilities

  • •Co-responsible for organizing and coordinating administrative and operational processes in the emergency setting.
  • •Act as deputy for the emergency leadership during their absence.
  • •Provide professional support, guidance, and development for the team in day-to-day work.
  • •Support deployment planning, onboarding of new employees, and further development of processes.
  • •Provide emergency patient care in collaboration with attending and hospital physicians, including independent MPA tasks (e.g., lab, X-ray, ECG, infusions, blood draws, IV cannulas, plaster/splint applications).

Key Requirements
