Senior Solutions Engineer responsible for leading technical design, architecture, and delivery of customer integrations for a SaaS data-platform in the logistics space. Key Responsibilities

•Lead technical discovery sessions with customers to uncover data sources, dependencies, and system constraints.
•Create solution maps and architecture diagrams linking customer systems and data fields to PAXAFE’s internal schema.
•Develop phased implementation plans, identifying long-lead items, critical information, and risk mitigations.
•Define API contracts, webhook schemas, transformation logic, and validation criteria for integrations.
•Coordinate with Product, Data, and Engineering to sequence deliverables and manage technical handoffs.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in a technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Integration Engineer, or Technical Consultant within a SaaS or data-platform company.
•Experience designing and implementing data integrations, REST APIs, webhooks, and relational database models (PostgreSQL, Supabase).
•Familiarity with Azure, Python, Postman, Prismatic, GitHub, and JSON-based data workflows.
•Strong communication skills — able to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
•Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with sequencing, scope, and delivery quality.
