•Software System Design: Develop firmware for embedded systems in weapons applications, focusing on control and operation of embedded hardware.
•Prototyping and Testing: Source components, define firmware specs, perform system integration, and troubleshoot designs to meet performance/quality standards.
•Embedded Systems Controls: Implement control algorithms for precise movement and operation of embedded systems within the weapons platform.
•Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate embedded designs into the broader project scope.
•Hardware Interaction: Coordinate with hardware engineers to ensure reliable software-hardware communication and integration.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 220,000 annually

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

•Proven experience in embedded software development and prototyping, preferably in a product development setting
