Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead partnership strategy and define and execute a regional plan for commercial growth across Latin America aligned with institutional priorities.
  • •Lead and develop a high-performing regional team, delivering on KPIs including partner acquisition, retention, and portfolio expansion.
  • •Build and sustain trusted relationships with CEOs, Chairs, and other senior executives, advising organizations to maximize value of engagement.
  • •Drive business development across industries by cultivating a pipeline, engaging senior decision-makers, and converting opportunities into long-term Forum partnerships.
  • •Oversee regional business planning, portfolio performance, and resource allocation to ensure disciplined execution and effective cross-functional coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced degree and 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic engagement, or stakeholder management with deep knowledge of Latin America’s business landscape.
  • •Proven success building trusted relationships with senior executives (CEOs, Chairs, C-suite) and translating priorities into tailored engagement strategies.
  • •Strong track record in consultative business development, identifying, developing, and converting high-potential opportunities into long-term partnerships.
  • •Demonstrated leadership and people management experience with a collaborative, inclusive, results-oriented style.
  • •Fluency in English required; Portuguese and/or Spanish considered strong assets, plus experience with strategic, operational, and financial acumen (budgeting and resource allocation).
