Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop high-level and detailed performance models for GPU subsystems, SoCs, and multi-GPU systems.
  • •Build analytical, simulation-based, and workload-driven models to predict application performance.
  • •Generate performance projections and establish KPIs (latency, throughput, efficiency) early in product definition.
  • •Prototype and evaluate ideas across the stack, including software, firmware, and architectural models.
  • •Write and optimize GPU kernels (assembly, Hip, Triton) and create microbenchmarks for performance verification.

Salary: USD 126,700 - 217,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Undergrad degree required; Bachelor of Science with emphasis in Electrical Engineering, Computer architecture, or Computer Science preferred.
  • •Knowledge of GPU architectures with basic knowledge of CPU architecture.
  • •Experience developing high-level and cycle-accurate performance simulators.
  • •Strong programming foundation in C, C++, and scripting languages (Python, etc.).
  • •Experience with ML networks/frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch (plus building ML operator libraries).
