Job Summary

Own the client relationship within your designated account area by supporting day-to-day account activities and ensuring agreed commercial contractual requirements are delivered. Coach and support staff while driving process and technology improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Account Manager with day-to-day running of your designated area of responsibility.
•Use Trident and customer standard working practices (SWP) to process pre-artwork build activities via Trident/client artwork management tools.
•Perform project management: prioritise, plan, track, report, and communicate stakeholders to meet necessary KPI/RTP.
•Act as the single point of contact for your designated area and strengthen the client relationship through appropriate communication channels.
•Prepare quotes and invoices for client billing and internal reports; support brand consistency through range checks; coach and mentor staff; raise issues and recommend process improvements.
