Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coach a matrixed cyber delivery team across the full lifecycle, from technical security assessment through mitigation strategy and implementation.
  • •Transpose proposed solutions into actionable engagement plans with scope, milestones, outcomes, and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
  • •Operationalize CTO cyber offerings and reusable assets (patterns, playbooks, delivery accelerators) for repeated offensive/defensive cyber delivery.
  • •Collaborate with capability teams, solution architects, and program leadership to harmonize infrastructure, cloud operations, systems engineering, software, AI/ML, DevSecOps, and cybersecurity domains.
  • •Map mission requirements to Zero Trust controls and RMF control inheritance/reciprocity, and brief executives with concise, data-driven narratives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an IT/CS/engineering/management field, or 4+ years equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
  • •15+ years supervising/coaching high-performing technical teams, with prior DoD and U.S. Military customer experience preferred.
  • •Strong communication and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to plan, scope, and manage full-lifecycle engagements, including milestone tracking, risk management, and resource coordination.
  • •Proven ability to lead matrixed delivery teams and align delivery methodologies to Cybersecurity/Zero Trust and RMF requirements in proposals, orals, and delivery.
  • •Ability to map mission requirements to Zero Trust controls and RMF control inheritance/reciprocity, including executive-level briefings with concise, data-driven narratives.
