Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead construction engineering activities for semiconductor facilities across design, construction, commissioning, and operations phases.
  • •Provide technical engineering support to construction teams to drive safe, on-schedule, in-budget execution and operational excellence.
  • •Manage project scope, schedule, cost, and quality, and support cost estimation and business case development.
  • •Review engineering design packages and provide timely, documented feedback while resolving technical issues during execution.
  • •Coordinate across facilities, procurement, manufacturing, IT, and operations teams; communicate risks and milestones and support root cause analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction, Building Services, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 8 years of mechanical engineering experience, including 5 years supporting construction projects.
  • •Strong semiconductor facilities and process systems design experience (e.g., Cleanroom HVAC, CHW, PCW, Exhaust, CDA, Vacuum).
  • •Experience in EPCM environments and reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, and technical designs.
  • •Proven experience executing projects end-to-end, including cost control, scheduling, commissioning, and handover.
