Job Summary

Lead daily operations at a fast-paced Dry Mix concrete manufacturing facility in Franklin, TN. You’ll supervise a production team while monitoring key performance measures, budgets, safety, production flow, and material costs. Own bottom-line results by planning/scheduling production, overseeing equipment maintenance and downtime, managing inventory, and implementing quality control programs. Ensure compliance with SOX rules and local, federal environmental regulations while coordinating effectively with internal partners, suppliers, sales, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan and schedule production activities and supervise the production process.
•Oversee equipment maintenance, manage downtime, and maintain a preventative maintenance program.
•Manage inventory control, counts, and audits.
•Monitor safety, quality, productivity, housekeeping, and environmental compliance.
•Estimate production costs, implement quality control programs, and ensure SOX, financial return, and environmental regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent of ten years of progressive related experience and/or training; or an equivalent education and experience combination.

•Prior P&L experience.
•Strong leadership skills while maintaining a team atmosphere.
•Solid computer skills and written/oral communication.
