Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical or Mechatronics).
  • •More than 5 years of experience in design and product development, delivering complex technical problems with DFM and DFA considerations.
  • •Knowledge of core engineering processes including Requirements Mgmt., Engineering Change Mgmt., Risk & Issue Mgmt., change management, impact analysis, and concessions/implementation strategies.
  • •Knowledge of product cost, Value Analysis, and Value Engineering.
  • •Ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional stakeholders, assemble teams, and lead to aligned outcomes.
