Job Summary

Lead and support New Product Development (NPD) projects within the global EC, L&A/B category, reporting to the Head of Category. Coordinate cross-functional activities across Research Design & Development, Operations, and Commercial to keep challenging timelines and build-phase deliverables on track. Assist with governance and milestone progress, monitor product cost and operational expenditure, ensure quality/safety/compliance standards, and contribute to category future planning.

•Support the development and delivery of New Product Development (NPD) projects within the global EC, L&A/B category.
•Coordinate activities across RDD, Operations, and Commercial to meet timelines and build-phase deliverables.
•Assist in preparing and presenting project updates and direction to senior stakeholders.
•Ensure adherence to Dyson standards for quality, safety, and compliance while maintaining governance and milestone progress.
•Monitor operational expenditure and product cost to help achieve financial targets.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical or Mechatronics).
•More than 5 years of experience in design and product development, delivering complex technical problems with DFM and DFA considerations.
•Knowledge of core engineering processes including Requirements Mgmt., Engineering Change Mgmt., Risk & Issue Mgmt., change management, impact analysis, and concessions/implementation strategies.
•Knowledge of product cost, Value Analysis, and Value Engineering.
•Ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional stakeholders, assemble teams, and lead to aligned outcomes.

Experience:5+ years

Education:Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical or Mechatronics)
