Key Responsibilities

•Design, deploy, and operate AI driven DLP automation and remediation workflows across cloud, endpoint, SaaS, and network environments.
•Lead end-to-end design, deployment, and optimization of DLP controls across CASB, Information Protection, and DSPM platforms.
•Develop and enforce DLP policies aligned to regulatory requirements (GLBA, PCI DSS, SOX, GDPR) and continuously tune rules and classifiers.
•Mentor engineers and collaborate with cybersecurity, risk, IT, and business teams to align data protection strategy.
•Present program insights and recommendations to senior leadership and maintain documentation for compliance reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of information security experience, including 4+ years in DLP, CASB, or cloud data protection engineering.
•Hands-on experience with DLP platforms, policy design, deployment, and operations.
•Experience integrating DLP/CASB with SIEM, SOAR, identity, and cloud platforms.
•Proven ability building automation or AI-driven workflows for security operations.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
