Job Summary

Lead Finance data and AI product strategy to improve forecasting, planning, revenue analytics, and controllership. Own end-to-end vision, roadmap, and rollout for AI-enabled capabilities powering quarter-close, opex management, and GTM performance. Partner across Corporate Finance, Business Operations, Product, and Data/ML/Platform teams to define governed data/feature pipelines and deliver AI models, predictions, recommendations, and self-serve assistants, driving adoption through measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end vision, strategy, and roadmap for Finance data and AI products for forecasting, quarter-close, opex management, and GTM performance.
•Define and evolve finance and SaaS KPIs and governance so outputs are AI-ready, consistent, explainable, and aligned to reporting and planning workflows.
•Partner with data, analytics, ML, and platform teams to design governed data and feature pipelines with observability, lineage, SLAs, privacy-by-design, and audit readiness.
•Define, prioritize, and deliver AI capabilities including forecasting models, propensity/churn predictions, recommendations, anomaly detection, scenario simulations, and natural language assistants.
•Establish operating metrics, communicate progress and trade-offs to executive stakeholders, and stay current on AI/ML and generative AI trends to bring forward new capabilities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 186,100 - 300,550 annually

•Experience delivering ML/AI-powered features from concept through adoption.

•Familiarity with LLMs, predictive modeling, retrieval/grounding, and risk/guardrails.
•Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to align Finance and Engineering leaders on outcomes and tradeoffs.
