Key Responsibilities

  • •Schedule and confirm patient appointments, including collecting intake forms and maintaining patient files/notes
  • •Verify insurance benefits and complete authorizations for each patient’s insurance
  • •Provide first-level clinic support: greet patients, answer questions, check patients in/out, and collect/process payments
  • •Place outbound calls to current and former patients for follow-up scheduling and weekly clinic evaluations
