Own end-to-end customer implementation for the 360Learning platform, partnering across Sales, Product, and Customer Success to capture use cases, define platform architecture, and drive successful go-live. Manage the implementation lifecycle from kickoff through handover, facilitate integrations (flat files, APIs, third-party apps) including SSO, lead workshops for platform customization, and improve delivery with repeatable processes. Follow customer portfolios to increase adoption and deliver platform audits.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle from sales turnover and kickoff through handover to support.
•Drive project management to ensure successful platform deployment and run regular touchpoints until handover.
•Define 360Learning platform architecture for clients and guide setup/configuration.
•Facilitate integrations (flat files, APIs, third-party apps), providing technical expertise and troubleshooting.
•Follow customer portfolios to increase adoption and deliver complementary solutions like platform audits.

Key Requirements

•Project management skills to run implementation delivery.
•Hands-on understanding of APIs and SSO configuration/troubleshooting.
•Fluent French and strong English (B2).
