Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive operational excellence by executing HS&E and quality foundations and owning/managing a line DMS.
  • •Coach the EO to drive IWS progress and ensure perfect execution of SWP while improving standards.
  • •Eliminate losses via continuous improvement using RE analysis, touch mapping, and weekly Hoshin; propose and implement solutions to streamline processes and reduce failures/manual intervention.
  • •Support and lead digital solutions adoption by integrating new tools, training team members, and improving efficiency of digital systems and processes.
  • •Drive value creation through yearly loss analysis, stakeholder collaboration to define solutions that enhance net sales and operational performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering (any field).
  • •Demonstrated leadership skills to manage projects and lead cross-functional teams.
  • •Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • •Proficiency in digital skills, including familiarity with manufacturing software, data analysis tools, and automation technologies.
  • •Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus (open to fresh graduates; FMCG manufacturing experience preferred).
