Senior Specialist - Payroll

Process and manage the end-to-end payroll cycle for Mainland China, Hongkong, Macau, and Taiwan, ensuring accurate, compliant payroll under local regulations. Prepare and validate payroll inputs with external vendors, manage payroll schedules, and deliver month-end reports while reconciling accounts with Finance. Handle employee payroll inquiries, benefits enrollment, required payroll documents, and Workday-to-vendor data integration, while improving and automating payroll processes and supporting new market setups.
