Job Summary

Own workforce performance for a 200+ person night-shift operation in Cavite by translating demand forecasts into staffing plans, rosters, and schedules. Monitor real-time queues and service levels to make live break and reallocation decisions that protect SLAs. Build dashboards and report on key KPIs (occupancy, utilization, shrinkage, adherence, AHT, attrition, absenteeism), identify root causes, and drive corrective actions while partnering with HR, IT, Facilities, and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate demand forecasts into staffing plans, shift rosters, and schedules for a 200+ person team
•Monitor real-time queues and service levels, making live decisions on breaks, reallocation, and skill-based routing to protect SLAs
•Guide and direct Team Leaders and Supervisors on forecasting and schedules
•Track and report workforce KPIs including service level, occupancy, utilization, shrinkage, adherence, AHT, attrition, and absenteeism
•Build dashboards and reports, identify KPI trends/root causes, and drive corrective action plans

Key Requirements

•2 to 4+ years’ experience in workforce management, operations, or shift management in a BPO/contact center or large-scale operations environment
•Experience forecasting, scheduling, and managing real-time operations for 150+ employees, including peak-hour surges
•Strong Excel skills and data analysis; BI tool experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus
•Ability to influence and guide Team Leaders and Supervisors without formal management authority
•Willingness to work on-site in Cavite on a night shift with flexibility for rotating hours based on demand
