Key Responsibilities

  • •Train, coach, and supervise work/response cell personnel to replicate subordinate, adjacent, and higher headquarters units during Warfighter Exercises.
  • •Instruct personnel on WARSIM BSWS and JLCCTC platforms and develop and deliver lesson plans for JLCCTC instruction.
  • •Provide technical guidance on Army Mission Command Systems, including CPCE and CPOF, aligned with current Army doctrine.
  • •Conduct database reviews and simulation platform testing prior to WFXs, troubleshoot simulation anomalies, and escalate issues through Senior Control as needed.
  • •Oversee work cell operations during exercises and generate Work Cell reports for After Action Review (AAR) development.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science education.
  • •2+ years of related experience.
  • •Completion of Intermediate Level Education (ILE/MEL4) or Sergeants Major Course graduate equivalent.
  • •Security clearance: Secret; must currently possess Secret.
  • •Demonstrated tactical and technical proficiency within their Warfighting Function (WfF) and familiarity with current Army and Joint regulations and publications.
