Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and development of MEP systems for building projects, ensuring compliance with standards, codes, and client requirements.
  • •Manage MEP aspects of projects from conception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with stakeholders.
  • •Provide technical guidance across MEP systems design, installation, and operation, resolving complex engineering challenges.
  • •Ensure quality and integrity of MEP designs and installations through reviews, inspections, and testing protocols.

Key Requirements

  • •Comprehensive understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, including design, installation, and operational requirements.
  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience, with 3 years of relevant experience (GCC experience is a plus).
  • •Strong ability to manage MEP projects end-to-end, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination.
  • •Mastery of engineering software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and MEP modeling software.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills to be successful in the role.
