Senior Portfolio Leader, China

Establish and lead a new China portfolio management function, aligning product strategy and roadmap to local market needs. Define and maintain the China-specific portfolio strategy, translate market opportunities into product plans, and serve as the voice of China through customer, competitive, and regulatory insights. Own requirements management for epics, features, and user stories, drive cross-functional launches with R&D, sales, marketing, and customer success, and build/mentor a local team while reporting KPIs and budgets.
