Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and maintain the China-specific product portfolio strategy aligned with global objectives and turn market opportunities into actionable product plans.
  • •Serve as the voice of the China market by gathering and synthesizing customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and regulatory insights.
  • •Lead requirements management by defining and prioritizing epics, features, and user stories for China-specific product releases and ensuring alignment across teams.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, sales, marketing, and customer success to support product launches and lifecycle management.
  • •Build and mentor a local portfolio management team; establish KPIs, manage budgets, and report progress to global and regional leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in product or portfolio management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • •Demonstrated success managing complex product portfolios in a global or matrixed organization.
  • •Strong understanding of industrial software markets, particularly in China.
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • •Fluency in Mandarin and English; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
