Job Summary

Maintain and troubleshoot industrial manufacturing equipment in a safe, efficient manner. Perform preventive maintenance, follow diagrams and manuals, diagnose issues across automation systems, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components, and repair or replace defective parts. Install, configure, and calibrate automation systems including PLCs and control devices. Document work using CMMS and collaborate with production and maintenance teams to improve reliability and performance while adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventive maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
•Troubleshoot and diagnose issues across automation systems, electrical components, mechanical equipment, and hydraulic systems.
•Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems using automation, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic knowledge.
•Install, configure, and calibrate automation systems, including PLCs, sensors, actuators, and control devices.
•Adhere to safety protocols and document maintenance activities using CMMS or other record-keeping tools.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in industrial maintenance, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field preferred.
•Completion of an apprenticeship program or equivalent training in maintenance millwrighting.
•Strong technical skills in automation systems, electrical systems, mechanical components, and hydraulic systems.
•Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with machinery and equipment.
•Knowledge of safety protocols including lockout/tagout and arc flash safety; ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
