Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide engineering support to global business functions on product design, performance, reliability, and technical problem-solving.
  • •Support Supply Chain activities by evaluating, qualifying, and implementing existing and new materials and components.
  • •Collaborate with design laboratories to define, execute, and evaluate product/component/material testing activities.
  • •Identify alternative materials/components, assess suitability, and support implementation to improve product availability, quality, and cost competitiveness.
  • •Lead and support engineering change management processes, and analyze technical data/processes/performance to drive continuous improvement and risk reduction.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, preferably in Materials Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in product development, sustaining engineering, or product optimization.
  • •Excellent ability to read and interpret technical drawings, engineering specifications, and technical documentation.
  • •Knowledge and practical experience with measurement tools and engineering validation methods.
  • •Strong understanding of material science and manufacturing technologies (e.g., machining, casting, injection molding).
