Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with the Ops Manager to perform day-of-show duties.
  • •Respond to elevated staff/guest inquiries and resolve concerns related to security and customer service situations.

  • •Perform opening, running, and closing duties per Live Nation policy; inform guests of Music Hall amenities and recommendations.
  • •Lead pre-shift meetings, complete incident reports and witness statements, and assist with ejection logs and incident reports; support special events as scheduled.
