Food & Beverage Supervisor - Ace of Spades

Oversee day-of-show operations for Ace of Spades, working alongside the Ops Manager to handle elevated staff and guest inquiries. Lead pre-shift meetings, ensure service standards with Security and Guest Services, and resolve guest concerns related to security and customer service. Maintain atmosphere and line-of-sight control, support responsible alcohol service, handle lost and found and incident reporting, and assist with special events across the venue.
