Job Summary

Oversee the development, management, and optimization of a multi-channel distribution network in Singapore. Own distribution strategy across retail and modern trade, negotiate commercial agreements, set and track sales objectives by zone and channel, and drive promotional initiatives to grow market penetration. Manage inventory to prevent stockouts/overstock, lead field teams, and review partner performance with coaching. Partner with logistics for order fulfillment and monitor compliance with pricing and discount guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute distribution strategies across retail and modern trade channels, identifying and cultivating new distribution partnerships.
•Negotiate and formalize commercial agreements with distributors, retailers, and modern trade partners to ensure strong product placement and visibility.
•Set and monitor sales objectives by zone and channel using sell-in/sell-out data, market share, and profitability metrics.
•Oversee inventory management across the distribution network to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
•Lead and motivate field teams and conduct regular performance reviews with distributors and key partners, including coaching and product training.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (3–5 years) in Commerce, Marketing, Distribution, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
•Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in distribution management, commercial development, or sales in industrial, construction products, or B2B sectors.
•Proven experience managing multi-channel distribution networks across traditional retail and modern trade.
•Demonstrated success building and developing distributor relationships and expanding distribution networks.
•Field-based experience managing territories and markets.
