Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage trench safety equipment and accessories, including trench boxes, stackers, shoring, ground protection mats, and related inventory.
  • •Maintain daily facility operations through procurement, invoice review, weekly inventory audits, and accurate receiving/labeling/storing of serialized and bulk inventory.
  • •Implement and enforce safety policies, conduct weekly safety meetings, and ensure employees receive and complete required equipment and excavation/trench safety training records.
  • •Assist the General Manager in maximizing branch performance by reviewing monthly profit and loss statements and monitoring key metrics (equipment utilization, warranty recovery, billed mechanical hours, aged receivables, customer satisfaction).
  • •Oversee rental operations including inspections before/after rental, tracking work orders and make-readies, coordinating repairs/parts, and ensuring accurate rental order processing and customer communication on schedules and changes.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3-4 years of rental industry experience, preferably in a management role.
  • •Working knowledge of excavation, trench safety, and OSHA/DOT requirements, with trench safety equipment experience highly preferred.
  • •You have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • •You are authorized to work in the U.S.
  • •Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, growing company.
