Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct HSE programs and policies for the Jackson facility and act as the management representative for the site’s ISO 14001 certification.

  • •Drive continuous improvement in HSE performance by analyzing incident reports, observation data, audits/inspections, and implementing corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •B.S. in Engineering, relevant sciences, specific HSE discipline, or relevant experience.
  • •Thorough knowledge of the ISO 14001 Environmental Management Standard and strong computer/communications skills.
  • •At least five to seven years of relevant HSE and leadership experience in the chemical or related industry; prior HSE management preferred.
  • •Specialized safety certifications such as Certified Safety Specialist (CSP) or Certified Occupational Safety Specialist (COSS) are highly recommended.
  • •Strong leadership and collaboration skills with excellent verbal and written communication; ability to drive continuous improvement with minimal supervision.
