Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure supply continuity by following up on orders, verifying delivery, approving payment, and maintaining records while following standard purchasing processes.
  • •Drive timely delivery/shipment from suppliers, resolving shipment/receiving and billing issues.
  • •Partner with suppliers to collaborate on demand/supply and execute pull-ins/push-outs to meet MRP demand.
  • •Drive inventory and E&Z reduction efforts.
  • •Negotiate and execute purchases and RFQs to achieve the lowest cost consistent with quality, reliability, and urgency; resolve supply issues with key stakeholders supported by managers.
