Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape the brand partnerships strategy for the European region in collaboration with offer and cross-functional teams (digital, marketing, supply, finance, legal).
  • •Manage and negotiate relationships with international suppliers to secure annual agreements and ensure their implementation across countries and brand types.
  • •Work with legal teams to legally secure negotiated agreements within the regional scope.
  • •Lead and develop a team of 6–8, steering results for the brand scope and defining action plans when needed.
  • •Optimize collaboration and processes and propose improvements as part of continuous improvement for European centralization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bac+4/5 higher education (engineering, business, or purchasing school).
  • •More than 10 years of negotiation experience in selective distribution or international retail, including at least 3 years managing a team.
  • •Strong interest in beauty and cosmetics.
  • •Strong negotiation skills, recognized purchasing expertise, solid legal knowledge, and analytical capabilities.
  • •Fluent communication in French and English, with the ability to build strategic vision while executing operational priorities.
