Job Summary

Implementation Specialists deploy Kalepa’s AI platform for new clients, configuring deployments and supporting Client Success to hit project deadlines. You’ll combine insurance domain knowledge with hands-on configuration, collaborate across Client Success and Product teams, triage client issues, manage multiple deployments, and help scale delivery through scalable processes and templates.

Key Responsibilities

•Configure and deploy Kalepa’s AI platform for clients, leveraging platform and insurance domain knowledge to deliver high-value outcomes.
•Drive initial client setup and configuration, ensuring on-time delivery and transitioning to a best-practice operating model.
•Collaborate with Client Success and Product teams to keep projects on track and on time.
•Triage, investigate, and clearly communicate client-reported issues and feedback.
•Manage multiple simultaneous implementations by prioritizing effectively and adapting to changing priorities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,000 - 130,000 annually
