Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full talent function end-to-end from headcount planning and sourcing strategy through offer close and onboarding handoff
  • •Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to translate business priorities into hiring plans, pipeline targets, and talent strategies
  • •Lead, build, and develop a high-performing global recruiting team with coaching and recruiting standards
  • •Define and enforce what great looks like via interview frameworks, calibration processes, and scorecards
  • •Own employer brand and candidate experience from first touch to first day, and build scalable recruiting infrastructure and recruiting analytics

Salary: USD 250,000 - 280,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years in talent acquisition with at least 5 years leading and managing a recruiting function/team in a high-growth technology company
  • •5+ years of people management experience
  • •Demonstrated experience scaling a team through a high-velocity growth period
  • •Track record hiring across engineering/EPD, GTM, G&A, and clinical or healthcare-adjacent functions
  • •Experience building or significantly rebuilding recruiting infrastructure (ATS, process, tooling, and team)
