Drive the roadmap for enterprise enablement products that power pricing/offers, promotions, and personalization across PlayStation Plus, PlayStation Store, and Hardware. Partner with commercial stakeholders and external consultants to translate requirements into scalable partner-facing tools and structured enterprise workflows. Collaborate with Program Management, Engineering, and UX to deliver on time, resolve blockers, ensure compliance for global deployment, define KPIs, and continuously improve performance.

•Define, prioritize, and execute the roadmap for enterprise enablement products for pricing/offers and personalization.
•Capture requirements with commercial stakeholders and external consultants, and translate them into product solutions.
•Oversee product delivery with Program Management, resolve blockers, and ensure timely execution.
•Collaborate with Engineering and UX teams to deliver intuitive, scalable tooling.
•Coordinate with Global Legal for compliance, present strategic plans to senior management, and establish KPIs for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of product management experience in internal enterprise or B2B software products.

•Experience delivering complex enterprise solutions (B2B/SaaS or marketplace products).
•Experience with agile methodologies and comfort in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
