Key Requirements

  • •Leadership experience managing teams (3+ direct reports) in People Operations, People Services, or Talent Operations within a fast-paced or shared services environment.
  • •Ownership mindset with the ability to proactively identify problems, take responsibility for solutions, and solve challenges alongside your team.
  • •Hands-on HCM and ATS expertise, including Workday (or similar enterprise HCMs like SAP/Oracle) and comfort using ATS (e.g., SmartRecruiters).
  • •Comfort using modern tools, automation, and AI to streamline workflows and improve operational excellence.
  • •Excellent written and verbal English communication and ability to work cross-functionally across distributed regions and time zones.
