Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver scalable revenue operations for direct, indirect, and online channels, improving productivity, intelligence, planning, training/enablement, and renewals.
  • •Lead and develop a team of revenue operations analysts, setting policies, driving processes, and providing daily support and enablement to sales teams and partners.
  • •Drive sales engagement, training/enablement, data enrichment, customer relationship management, CPQ, analytics, and commissions processes.
  • •Instrument, measure, and improve RevOps policies and processes, delivering metrics and reporting on pipeline, velocity, sales productivity, renewals, and new leads.
  • •Oversee sales technology and processes, drive automation and improvements, partner with commercial systems engineering, and lead introductions of new products, pricing, packaging, and commission plan ownership.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience operating in a leadership Revenue Operations role, driving effectiveness across direct, channel, and alliance partnerships.
  • •Data-driven, highly detail-oriented approach with a track record of using CRM and other RevOps technology platforms to deliver insights.
  • •Strong analytical problem-solving skills for measuring, identifying, and improving systems and processes to produce repeatable outcomes.
  • •Comfort with commercial pressure and the ability to apply appropriate performance expectations to revenue teams.
  • •Undergraduate degree in a related field (preferably STEM or Economics) or a compelling narrative about an alternative path.
