Job Summary

Lead the long-term strategy, operating model, and execution of Imprint’s Risk organization, partnering with the Chief Risk Officer to connect strategy with measurable outcomes. Oversee and drive cross-functional initiatives spanning Fraud, Credit, Collections, and Operational Risk, aligning Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Capital Markets, and Operations. Build planning cadences, frameworks, and executive/board communications that clarify priorities, reduce execution risks, and enable the Risk org to scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner directly with the Chief Risk Officer to define organizational strategy, long-term priorities, and execution plans across Risk.
•Lead strategic initiatives spanning Fraud, Credit, Collections, Operational Risk, and related cross-functional areas including Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Capital Markets, and Operations.
•Translate complex analytical and technical work into clear business strategies, executive communications, and actionable roadmaps.
•Develop planning processes, governance, and operating mechanisms to improve transparency, accountability, and decision-making.
•Identify bottlenecks, execution risks, and process gaps, and build frameworks to evaluate tradeoffs across customer experience, portfolio performance, and business growth.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, risk strategy, consulting, product strategy, program management, or a related leadership role in FinTech or financial services.
•Experience partnering with senior executives to define strategy, drive organizational planning, and lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
•Strong understanding of financial services risk, including Fraud, Credit, Collections, Payments, Lending, or Operational Risk.
•Exceptional strategic thinking and structured problem-solving to navigate ambiguity and develop frameworks from first principles.
•Comfortable working with data to inform decisions, including familiarity with analytical tools, SQL, or AI-assisted workflows.
