Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end disciplinary and grievance investigations, including witness interviews, findings, and compliance with local law.
  • •Support people managers with underperformance using standard methodologies aligned to the Performance Improvement Framework (PIF).
  • •Lead ER cases across designated regions, including performance management support and disciplinary, grievance, and separation processes.
  • •Manage restructures and reorganization programs, applying local legal processes and Works Council co-determination requirements.
  • •Coach business leaders and managers through ER challenges, facilitate ER training, and generate and report ER metrics and case trends.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience in employee relations and robust Works Council (Betriebsrat) management in Germany; Austria labor law experience is highly advantageous.
  • •Experience as an HR BP with material ER exposure or as a dedicated employee relations specialist.
  • •Fluent German and English for excellent written and verbal communication.
  • •Proven negotiation skills and ability to influence leaders at all organizational levels.
  • •Education in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related degree.
