Key Responsibilities

  • •Embody a strong client experience culture and support every client and teammate.
  • •Accurately process all financial service transactions and identify opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships.
  • •Act as a resource to resolve more complex client servicing issues.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations, transitioning clients to a Banker when appropriate.
  • •Maintain compliance, audit, and security procedures, balance the cash drawer within guidelines, and participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Experience building current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and developing referral sources using tele-consulting/outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Experience with cash handling.
  • •General understanding of a PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms.
