Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a strategic connector across WSSO, driving collaboration, alignment, and effective handoffs between teams and XFN partners.
  • •Establish and manage operating rhythms, governance processes, and decision-making frameworks to improve clarity of ownership and execution effectiveness.
  • •Coordinate planning activities including OKRs, annual planning cycles, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
  • •Lead or coordinate cross-functional initiatives and PMO activities, tracking execution against key objectives and supporting prioritization and resource alignment.
  • •Support financial and vendor coordination and help develop WSSO reporting frameworks, dashboards, and metrics; champion AI enablement and continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 133,400 - 248,400 annually
