Key Responsibilities

  • •Build joint partner business plans with segment sales leaders to set shared pipeline goals, partner coverage strategies, and growth targets.
  • •Participate in segment operating cadences (team meetings, pipeline reviews, forecasting calls) to embed partners into the segment’s operating rhythm.
  • •Enable Account Executives on partner engagement strategies, including mapping partners to account profiles and co-selling effectively.
  • •Drive partner-influenced and partner-sourced pipeline growth, focusing on incremental new business and account expansion.
  • •Manage a portfolio of existing partners through practice development, enablement milestones, and structured QBRs.
