Support the Consumer Banking Strategy team by answering high-leverage business questions with rigorous, objective analysis. Conduct market research and competitive/industry trend analysis to identify growth opportunities, then translate insights into actionable strategies. Define and track success measures using KPIs and develop executive-ready strategy and business performance presentations for senior leadership. Stay current on regulatory changes and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.

•Strong project management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
