Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop mechanical structures for AI accelerator/NPU cards and server/rack systems.
  • •Perform mechanical component and structural design for electronic hardware products.
  • •Use PTC Creo to create 3D models, assembly designs, and 2D drawings.
  • •Collaborate with Design, PCB, Thermal, System, and Manufacturing teams to optimize product completion, performance, and mass-production readiness.
  • •Review mechanical integration for PCB assembly/PCIe cards/server chassis, and handle prototype creation and verification through EVT/DVT/PVT, including manufacturing-issue response.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • •Mechanical design and product development experience of up to 5 years
  • •Ability to use PTC Creo for 3D modeling, assembly, and 2D drawings
  • •Understanding of mechanical design, tolerances, and manufacturing processes for electronic products
  • •Understanding of product development processes from prototype through mass production and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively
