•Drive commercial growth: Identify, negotiate, and close high-value partnerships with fintechs, and enterprise customers across the region.
•Build Gigs’ Nordics presence: Represent Gigs at key industry events, build your personal profile, and establish Gigs as a serious player in the Nordic ecosystem.
•Build and lead a team: Recruit and develop a lean, high-performance local team as the market scales.
•Connect the dots: Act as the bridge between Nordic market realities and Gigs’ global product, engineering, and leadership teams — channelling the right market insight to shape our roadmap.
