Key Responsibilities

•Originate real estate loans from sources including Realtors, contractors, referrals, and walk-in/call-in customers.
•Set up originated loans in the bank’s computer system and process them for submission to underwriting.
•Identify opportunities and provide financing sheets for listings and Realtor/builder open houses; attend weekend open houses/subdivisions.
•Take applications and meet with clients at branch locations; attend closing signing appointments as needed.
•Promote home ownership through community outreach and first-time home buyer classes near the designated branch location. Provide marketing efforts to develop new leads and loan relationships.
