•Collaborate with client stakeholders to define technical requirements and align them with business objectives
•Plan and execute implementation engagements, deploy components, and configure products to meet client needs
•Coordinate with internal and client teams to ensure smooth rollout and seamless integration within customer environments
•Deliver training on relevant technologies tailored to audience expertise and needs
•Document product issues, enhancement requests, and potential improvements with Engineering and Product Management

•3+ years in a customer-facing IT role, with hands-on product implementation in enterprise environments
•Clear and concise communication, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
•Experience with customers across Europe and Middle East region preferred
•Understanding of Compute, Storage, Networking, Databases, DevOps, Big Data/Analytics, Security, and Applications Development
•Proficient in Docker and Kubernetes deployments and Linux operating systems; experience with databases (e.g., MongoDB, SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP); REST API experience; programming/scripting in Bash, Java, or Python
