Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a team of gardeners and oversee maintenance of all green areas within the village.
  • •Plan gardening schedules and support tasks such as grass cutting, shrub bed maintenance, weed control, litter-picking, leaf clearance, and watering.
  • •Advise the management team on potential gardening issues and help plan areas requiring improvement.
  • •Work closely with the Head of Maintenance to coordinate with other contractors as appropriate.
  • •Attend monthly meetings with the residents’ gardening committee and support maintenance operatives during quieter months.

Key Requirements

  • •Passionate about gardening with some horticultural experience in a similar environment.

  • •Ability to adapt quickly, communicate positively, and support maintenance operatives over quieter winter months.
